According to the "Public Notice on the Allocation of General Booths for Chongqing Delegation at the 138th China Import and Export Fair," issued by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, Yuma Machinery & Electronics successfully secured booth space in the machinery and electronics section of the Canton Fair after undergoing rigorous qualification reviews and competitive bidding. This time, the booth is located in the core area of the exhibition hall, right next to the展区 showcasing internationally renowned brands—providing a prime location that will help attract the attention of global buyers.

To ensure efficient exhibition setup, Yuma Mechatronics assembled a dedicated team one week in advance, covering key areas such as product transportation, booth design, and technical debugging. On October 11, a logistics convoy loaded with exhibits departed from Chongqing, traveling overland to Guangzhou, where unloading was completed early on the morning of the 13th. At the exhibition site, staff members are now assembling the modular booth according to the design plan, with a strong focus on highlighting the two central themes: "intelligent manufacturing" and "green energy efficiency."

Yuma Mechatronics' product lineup on display this time covers three major areas: industrial automation equipment, new-energy supporting systems, and intelligent machinery solutions—each designed to help workers boost operational efficiency. According to the company's R&D Director, this product has already obtained EU CE certification and is now being widely deployed in logistics and warehousing sectors across markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Additionally, the Municipal Commission of Commerce has teamed up with financial institutions to launch the "Canton Fair Special Credit Program," offering exhibitors one-stop services such as booth fee subsidies and logistics insurance.

“From booth application to setup guidance, the full-scale involvement of government departments has significantly eased our concerns,” revealed Yuma’s head of the Electromechanical Foreign Trade Department. This year, the company has already connected with more than 30 overseas buyers through the Canton Fair’s online platform, with 12 of them expressing preliminary interest in collaboration. At this offline exhibition, the team will focus on engaging with key clients such as European new-energy equipment suppliers and Southeast Asian industrial park developers, aiming to secure contracts worth over US$5 million.

 

A multitude of merchants gathers as the Canton Fair sends out a signal of openness.

The 138th Canton Fair will officially open on October 15. This year’s event is themed "Advanced Manufacturing, Quality Home Products, and a Better Life," featuring 55 exhibition zones and 172 product-specific areas, with more than 32,000 participating companies. According to the organizing committee, as of October 12, over 220,000 overseas buyers from 218 countries and regions have completed pre-registration. Notably, 260 multinational corporations—including U.S.-based Walmart, Germany’s Metro Group, and France’s Carrefour—have confirmed their attendance.

"The Canton Fair is China's 'leading indicator' for foreign trade and also a vital hub in the global industrial and supply chains," noted an expert from the Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce.
