In the golden autumn month of October, mountains and rivers are adorned with vibrant hues. As the five-star red flag flies high across the land of China, and as cheers of "Happy National Day" echo through streets and buildings, all employees of Chongqing Yuma Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. enthusiastically and spiritedly come together to celebrate the glorious 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Rooted in Xiemǎ Town, Beibei District, Chongqing, this equipment-manufacturing enterprise is passionately using technological innovation as its brush and dedicating itself to national rejuvenation through industry—crafting a remarkable chapter of China's manufacturing journey on the canvas of our era.

 

“Our every generator embodies our unwavering commitment to quality,” said Technical Director Li, pointing toward the equipment currently being assembled. The workshop wall proudly displays the slogan “Quality is the Lifeline,” perfectly complementing the focused figures of employees diligently at work. In 2023, the company enrolled 26 employees under its social insurance program, and in 2024–2025, it continues to actively recruit general workers, testing technicians, and other roles—efforts that not only inject vitality into the local economy but also demonstrate, through concrete actions, our corporate social responsibility to “stabilize employment and drive development.”

 

“Innovation isn’t about reinventing the wheel behind closed doors—it’s about solving real-world problems,” emphasized General Manager Ge Jinli at the 2025 Semi-Annual Meeting. The company invests 8% of its annual revenue into R&D and has established industry-academia-research collaboration with the School of Mechanical Engineering at Chongqing University, successfully cultivating 15 core technical talents to date. In 2024, the enterprise achieved ISO9001 quality management system certification, maintaining a product pass rate above 99.6% for three consecutive years. These strong capabilities have earned us long-term partnerships with clients such as the Alxa Left Banner Emergency Management Bureau and the Ordos City Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

 

On the eve of National Day, Yuma Electromechanical's factory grounds were transformed into a vibrant, brand-new space. At the entrance, a bright and eye-catching banner proclaimed, "Warmly Celebrate the 76th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China," while inside the workshop, the inspiring slogan "A Strong Nation Needs Me—Let Manufacturing Boost Our Country" uplifted everyone's spirits. On September 28, the company hosted a special event titled "Take a Photo with the National Flag," where employees proudly held small national flags and posed for cheerful snapshots in front of newly assembled generator sets. "Every time I see our products being shipped to disaster-stricken areas or remote border regions," said assembly worker Xiao Zhang, "I feel deeply that we're making a meaningful contribution." His words perfectly captured the shared sentiment of all the company's dedicated staff.

 

This deep sense of patriotism and national pride has long been embedded in the company’s very DNA. During the 2023 floods in Zhuozhou, Hebei Province, the company swiftly dispatched 100 diesel generators to aid the disaster-stricken area. And after the devastating earthquake in Jishishan, Gansu Province, in 2024, the technical team rushed to the scene overnight to ensure a reliable power supply. What makes employees especially proud is that the company’s products have repeatedly played a key role in major national infrastructure projects: providing backup power systems for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, supporting the electrification initiative in remote villages of the Hotan region, and shining brightly on construction sites across countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

 

“A company’s growth is inseparable from the supportive policies of the nation,” said Ms. Chen, the CFO, pointing to the “High-Tech Enterprise” plaque on the wall. In recent years, the company has benefited from policy incentives totaling over 2 million yuan, including the R&D expense additional deduction and export-import tax rebates—funds that have since been reinvested into technological innovation and talent recruitment. By 2025, the company was recognized as a “Chongqing Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise” and is now steadily advancing toward its goal of becoming a “Specialized, Fine, and Novel Little Giant.”
